Processing Time
All items are made-to-order. Please allow 2–7 business days for order processing and production before your order ships. During holidays, launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Time
Estimated shipping times begin after your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
United States
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
International Orders
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact information at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately before the order ships.
We are not responsible for:
- Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Delays caused by carriers or customs
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect contact information
Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or reshipped packages.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable).
While we will work with the shipping carrier and fulfillment provider to assist you, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
International Customs & Duties
International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or duties depending on their country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
